Our Story

We are loving every minute of our journey

100 Was Born

100 Bar and Grill was created in September 2011. It opened with a bang as guest came from near and far to see what the new restaurant was about. I hosted many events as well as catered many offsite events. As times and people changed the restaurant closed in the Spring of 2014.

The Rebirth of 100

In January 2017 Red Development Inc. took operations of 100 Bar and Grill. Since that time great strides have been made to create wonderful food and wonderful service. 100 Bar and Grill can currently be seen doing special events for concerts, outside catering with our food trailer and festivals around the city. There is passion in the food and drinks which guest are raving about. As the future continue, the dedicated staff and ownership will bring 100 Bar and Grill to greater heights.  In January 2018 NOLA Chefs Investments L.L.C. has taken over daily operations.

Chef Louis E. Brown II, CCC

Co-Owner NOLA Chefs Investments L.L.C. / Restaurant Manager 
Chef Louis is a native of Harvey Louisiana and has been  managing restaurants for over 14 years. He started his career with Al Copeland Investments opening up various locations. He has also received awards for his culinary and food service accomplishments. He was awarded the Ella Brennan award for his leadership in the restaurant industry in 2015 and was named one of the State of Louisiana top 25 chefs in 2017 by the American Culinary Federation. He currently is a advisor for the Skills USA Louisiana Chapter and a Board member of the American Culinary Federation New Orleans Chapter.

Chef Sam Faciane

​Co-Owner NOLA Chefs Investments L.L.C. / Executive Chef
Chef Sam is a native of Algiers Louisiana. Chef has been managing restaurants for over 13 years. He has manged concepts such as Church's Chicken, Harrah's Casino and Treasure Chest Casino. Chef passion is creating is special spice blend's and savory sauces.  Chef is currently in the process of creating his own line of spice blends and sauces for retail .
